Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Loopware Solutions ("we," "us"), which operates Omniloop. By creating an account or using Omniloop, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Omniloop.

1. Who can use Omniloop

To use Omniloop, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• live in the United States;
• be legally able to enter into this agreement;
• not have been convicted of, or be required to register as a sex offender for, any sexual or violent crime; and
• not have had a Omniloop account removed by us, unless we've agreed otherwise.

We don't verify identities or run background checks, and we can't guarantee that anyone is who they say they are.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and keep your account to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@omniloop.xyz if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Relationship profiles

A relationship profile represents two or more people who have each accepted an invitation to it. Only invite people who have agreed to be on a shared profile with you. Every current member can edit the profile, like and match on its behalf, and read and send its messages. Any member can leave, or remove another member, at any time.

4. Community rules

Omniloop works because people treat each other with respect. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse anyone, on or off Omniloop;
• use Omniloop to find, track, or show up at someone's location without their clear consent, including by trying to work out someone's real location from the Hookup Map or distance information;
• post or send sexual content to anyone who hasn't clearly asked for it, or share intimate images of anyone without their consent;
• post or share any content that sexualizes minors, or anything involving someone under 18. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement;
• offer or ask for money or anything of value in exchange for sex, or use Omniloop for any commercial purpose, including advertising, selling, or recruiting;
• impersonate anyone, use someone else's photos, or misrepresent your age or identity;
• post hate speech or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or relationship structure;
• scam, defraud, or try to get money, financial details, or passwords from anyone;
• use bots, scripts, or scrapers, collect other members' information, get around our limits or security features, or interfere with how Omniloop works; or
• break any law, or help or encourage anyone else to do any of these things.

If someone breaks these rules, please block and report them. Reports are confidential: we never tell someone who reported them.

5. Your safety

You're responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. Take care: get to know people before you meet, meet in a public place, tell a friend where you'll be, and stay in control of your own transport. Talk about boundaries, consent, and sexual health before getting intimate, and respect a "no" at any point. If you're ever in danger, contact 911 or local emergency services first. We aren't responsible for the conduct of any member.

6. Hookup Map

The Hookup Map is optional. While you're on it, other members on the map can see your profile and an approximate pin placed several hundred meters from your real location. Pins are deliberately inaccurate and may be out of date, so never rely on one to find a person or a place.

7. Your content

You own the photos, text, and messages you post ("your content"). You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content only as needed to run Omniloop and keep it safe. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we keep records as described in our Privacy Policy. Only post content you have the right to share, and that follows these Terms.

8. Moderation and ending your account

We may review reports and content, and remove content, limit features, or suspend or delete accounts that we believe break these Terms or put people at risk, with or without notice. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. If you think we've made a mistake, contact us at support@omniloop.xyz.

9. Paid features

Omniloop is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll show you the price and terms before you buy anything.

10. Disclaimers

Omniloop is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that you'll find a match, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information other members give is accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Loopware Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Omniloop or your interactions with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to Omniloop is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If your content, your conduct, or your breach of these Terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including attorneys' fees, to the extent the law allows.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email us at support@omniloop.xyz so we can try to resolve it informally. Any claim that isn't resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Omniloop after that, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Other terms

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Omniloop. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
